I can not seem to get Zoo Tycoon 2 African Adventure to work in Vista Beta 2. I have tried running in Windows XP SP2 and as an administrator but it still crashes within a minute of starting the game. Does anyone have any suggestions? -- Chris

In case you miss the point of Marks' previous post ITS A BETA!
Vista is 7 months at least away from release, expecting it to support games written for XP is very ambitious and a little silly. Would you expect PS2 games to run on a XBox if not then why expect Vista Beta to handle games written for XP. Compatability mode cannot perform miracles.
Try zoo whatevers web site and see if they have a patch to allow the game to run in Vista Beta.
Good luck with that!

Actually, MS is very interested in XP (and earlier) games running on Vista. This has been an active area of interest since the first Beta 1 drop.

So a guy goes in to see the doctor and says, "Doc! It hurts when I do this!" And the doctor says, "Well then don't do it."
