My son has been playing the Zoo Tycoon Dinosaur Digs for about 2 months of actual game time with a cummulative of over 3 years of game time and has only been able to access 11 dinosaurs. Clarice, Erin has been hooked on Roller Coaster Tycoon for over a year. For this Christmas I got her the third version (it has a 3-D "coaster cam" which lets you feel like you are riding the coaster), and also Mall Tycoon. I checked everywhere for Zoo Tycoon and couldn't find it in stock.

Some hardware vendors have chosen not to offer up-to-date support for their hardware, and there's not much Microsoft can do about that. Both Rollercoaster Tycoon and Zoo Tycoon have patches available (see links below) and that might help resolve your issues. You might also check to see if you have the latest device
